We recently visited the hobby Box in Uckfield because Joseph wanted some buffer stops for his bit of OO track. I was interested to discover a HO gauge children’s train set by “Märklin” in the window. It sits between the wooden push along type of train set and proper ‘grown up’ train sets. It’s aimed at the age range of 3+, remote controlled, uses magnetic couplings, and being HO/OO gauge should run on a full scale layout.
